Our Team manages everything from chronic abdominal pain to tube feeding. For your convenience, we offer telemedicine consultation using Zoom – a web-based HIPPA-compliant app – no downloads necessary. If you are unsure if your child’s issue necessitates physician consultation – feel free to contact us directly.

Patient Communication

Our office utilizes live Patient Navigators and experienced nursing staff. Patient Navigators and nursing staff will triage phone calls and messages from patients during normal business hours. Phone calls and messages are triaged and escalated to Dr. Nattiv or the on-call physician, as necessary. Response times vary and may take up to 48 hours. If patients would like more direct access to Dr. Nattiv they may choose from one of the additional services to the right.
